For unattended disc duplication runs and with a maximum 1000 disc capacity, the Microboards HCL Robotic Autoloader can handle the work load. It is a complete standalone operation and no PC is required.

This Autoloader delivers hands-off duplication. It's state-of-the-art robotic arm transfers disc to and from eight high quality burning drives. The autoloader will burn up to 104 CD's or 72 DVD's per hour.

The HCL Robotic Autoloader features Multi-Master Recognition Technology (MMRT) whereby it can load multiple masters at once to run multiple duplication jobs in succession.

This machine features a Sitcky Media Separator option which prevents multiple discs from becoming stuck together, this in turn leads to a very low error rate.

Another feature of this machine is its multi-language capability for English and Spanish, as well as its Auto-Counter Technology where it displays the total number of discs successfully copied (relative to the desired output).
