The Rimage Everest 3 Standalone DVD Printer is able to produce high quality prints by using Rimage's Patented Retransfer Printing Process.
The CMY (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) Panels are first printed to a multi-layer clear film which is then permanently fused on to the disc surface. In less than a minute, this unique printing process produces sharper images with greater detail.

Printing can be produced directly from industry-standard photo and graphic software applications and file formats. Create, import or customise graphics. Add background colours, custom text, photos, mail-merge data or bar codes by simply clicking and dragging.

Everest Technology offers a higher print resolution than silk-screen printing - even higher than typical magazine printing. All printed images are permanent. Discs can be printed at the same level of image quality as printed packaging and support materials.

This Everest technology enables you to print from disc edge to disc edge and on the hub, therefore taking full advantage of the entire surface area.

Using this technology gives the result of high-resolution surface imagery which is uv-protected, scratch-proof, fade-resistant, waterproof and virtually indestructible throughout the life of the disc.

All in all this process takes less than one minute, producing colourful, professional quality, permanently printed discs. This machine is capable to perform at full speed continuously.

The Everest Printer provides a low cost, high speed black/grey scale option by simply changing the print ribbon.

The Everest 3 DVD Printer comes with Rimages' CD-Designer Software. This powerful software tool allows you to import graphics and text from a number of other applications and quickly and easily mould them into a high quality disc design.
