Support Summary:
billing policies
Onsite Engineer
working hours is 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments available for
weekends and evenings.
Service charges
(These charges are subject
to change.)
On-site
service charge is £70 per
hour.
On-Site Call
out Charge is £60 and
£0.45p per mile from SG64.
Depot Repair
is £65 per hour, plus
parts, all shipments and insurance of the goods paid by the
sender, Warranty work £35 admin flat charge for goods still under
manufacturer guarantee.
DupFixers
will claim advance warranty replacement from the manufacturer and
fit it to there specifications for a fee.
(Spare Parts are per our current
spare parts list).
Normal Depot Repair Turn around is
7-10 working days from receipt
Other charges.
After-hours
work: Available POA.
Same Day
Delivery and Pickup charge
UK (within 100 miles) are £45.
Over 100 miles will be quoted per
postcode given.
Set-up after
delivery (ONSITE INSTALL)
Fixed fee, £500. Per Day, spent
in training or adjusting new installations.
